Recently taken over by a young couple, and after a whole year dedicated to renovating both the Cape Dutch buildings, the winery as well as the vineyard in itself, you would have thought that Jacaranda would take some time to relax...Not by any chance! René and Birgit are always on the move. They will go the extra-mile to explain the passion behind their wines (usually accompanied by bread, cheese and home-made olives) and their inclination to respectful and ethical practices. And should you wish to have a braai, a picnic basket, a platter or a light lunch, just phone them ahead, it will be ready when you come! Hospitality at its best! A rare gem!

Did You Know...? Jacaranda is in the process of launching a new range of estate wines (can't wait!) as well as their own olive oil! And if you want to spend some more time there (You will!), there are rooms on offer either on a B&B or Self-catering basis. Just remember to call before you come as they are extremely busy!!!
