Allesverloren is the oldest estate along the Swartland wine route and its history dates back to the 17th Century. It was passed into the hands of the Malan family in 1872 and the fifth generation Malan; Danie Malan is now the estate’s current winemaker and owner. Enjoy a nice range of red wines and port (some unusual varietals to South Africa are on offer, such as Touriga Nacional or Tinta Barocca) and admire the view, while the children wander around the playground.
