The winery is a state of the art, gravity fed cellar, and is nestled into side the slope and intended to blend back into the environment in time. The building materials, namely stone, wood and glass are purposely selected to present a design yet functional structure. The cellar is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, almond orchards and natural vegetation, each occupying an integral part of the farms’ ecosystem. Stainable agriculture is a common theme in every approach both in and outside the cellar. Enjoy great wines while admiring the view. And don't forget about the restaurant, Overture, in the Top 10 restaurant list, each and every year!

Did You Know...? Pre-book your picnic basket or chocolate platter and enjoy them with Hidden Valley wines near the beautifully flowered pond.
